Negative references are generally accepted for no-shows, late cancellations, or inappropriate conduct on a shoot.
For shoot-related references, ModelFolio normally needs to see clear evidence in ModelFolio messages that the shoot was properly arranged.
This should include the date, time, location, levels, and payment terms where relevant.
