There are a few reasons you may not be able to upload more images.

You may have reached your account's image allowance, declined images may still be counting against your limits, images may still be awaiting screening, or your account may have been temporarily limited after repeated declined uploads.

Please check Home > Media Manager > Screening Status and remove any unwanted or declined media where available.
