Media screening can take time, especially when there are lots of uploads waiting to be reviewed.
Some images may also need to be reviewed by more than one screener before they are approved or declined.
If you have had several recent declines, your uploads may be checked more carefully or temporarily limited to prevent repeated rule breaches.
