Chargebacks are treated seriously because they can materially affect ModelFolio's relationship with its payment processors and banking facilities.

If a chargeback is raised, the account may be restricted and placed into a debt position for the disputed payment plus any chargeback fees incurred by ModelFolio.

Access may only be restored once the outstanding balance has been resolved.
