If your payment is being declined, there are a few common reasons why this might happen:
- Using a VPN - Some payments may be blocked if you’re connected through a VPN.
- Card details don’t match exactly - Ensure the name, billing address, and other details match what's registered with your bank.
- Unsupported card type - We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard.
Because adult websites must use high-risk payment processors, the banks and payment providers involved apply very strict security rules. This means payments can also be declined if:
- You’ve previously issued a chargeback against us or another site using the same payment provider.
- The system detects anything it considers a potential risk, even if everything appears correct.
What You Can Do
Wait a couple of hours and try again - this often resolves temporary blocks.
