My Name is Shannon Louise Harris 

I'm a Fashion, Art, and Photography Model, and first began Modelling at the age of 16. Modelling is my Job and Career and one I love very much. I have worked on a wide variety of Projects and Assignments, and I strive to create striking, unusual, and creative images and enjoy meeting and working with other like minded Creatives. I'm friendly, professional, hard working, and very easy to get on with.

I'm based in Cookham Berkshire which has some lovely outdoor Shoot Locations. Very easy to get to London and Reading on the Elizabeth Line, Oxford by Train, and High Wycombe, Princes Risborough, and Aylesbury by Bus.

Appearance  

I have very thick light Brown Curly Hair with golden highlights, Pale Blue Eyes, and Pale Skin. I am very Slender with long limbs. I have No Tattoos and just my Ears Pierced. I have a Mole on the bridge of my nose which is sometimes left in and sometimes edited out, I personally have no real preference. I am Dress Size 6 or XS, 32D Bust, 21 Waist, 31 Hip, and Shoe Size 6 to 7.

Important

Please be aware that I do have several Health issues. I have Type 1 Diabetes which is the Autoimmune Type and is much rarer. Type 1 cannot be prevented or cured. It is caused by a problem with the Immune System where it wrongly attacks and destroys the Beta cells in the Pancreas that make the vital Hormone Insulin. This means my Pancreas is permanently damaged and unable to make any Insulin at all. So I have to take 4 Insulin Injections per day. It also means I have problems with my Immune System, so Please ask to reschedule if you have Covid or any type of bug . This is very important as despite it being well managed and the fact I've lived with it for over 20 years now, it is a serious condition and any illness or infection can make it harder to control and can potentially cause complications. 

I also have Fibromyalgia which causes widespread pain and fatigue, and Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome a rare connective tissue disorder that causes joint hypermobility, pain, and fatigue as well. Due to these factors I am limited to how far I can walk. I use a walking Cane to get around from place to place. I do not need my Cane when posing for the actual Shots, but will need to take a break every so often as I cannot always stand for very long without breaks and some poses may be difficult for me to hold for long. A mixture of sitting and standing poses can be a great help for me too. I have also been diagnosed with Osteopenia which means my Bones are more fragile than they should be.

Please do not let these issues put you off working with me as I have learnt how to pace and plan around Shoots so that I am well rested before Shoots, and know how much work I can accept each Week/Month without suffering burnout. My Portfolio and References reflect my ability and professionalism as a Model. But it is something people need to be aware of, and for them to take into consideration, as I may need Breaks every so often due to pain Levels and will sometimes need to Eat and take my Insulin during a Shoot.

I have Modelled for many Online Clothing Companies and Independent Designers and Labels such as Mint Vintage, Boodwah, Girlstole, Kissing in Traffic, Aquaphobic London Raincoats, Louise Rose Couture, Victoria Geaney Women's Wear, and Georgia Nash Couture which has Celebrity Clients such as Toyah Wilcox, Beverly Knight, and Suggs from Madness.

I had a small non speaking Role in the 2015 Movie Self Made in a scene with Kimberly Wyatt from the Pussy Cat Dolls. 

Hair Model for Trevor Sorbie Covent Garden Hair Seminar 2019. 

I have been Photographed by Famous Photographer Dave Hogan also known as "Hogie" who is famous for his work with Celebrities and Music Icons such as Freddie Mercury, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Tina Turner, Madonna, and the Rolling Stones. We worked together on a Shoot for a Japanese Clothing Brand.

I have been featured in Printed Magazine Publications Twisted Edge, Clary, and Moevir. 

I have Modelled for Photography Workshops and Training Sessions.

I also regularly work with many different Photographers and Artists Modelling for their Projects, Portfolios, Paintings, Websites, and Online or Print Magazine Submissions.

Levels/Rates  

Whatever a set fee for a specific Job maybe or my own Rates. Please note that as Modelling is my only Job I cannot accept anything less than my own Rates.

Fashion/Beauty £30ph 

Lingerie/Swimwear £30ph 

Tasteful Artistic Implied Topless £35ph

Tasteful Artistic Implied Nude £40ph (I will only consider Shooting to this Level with Photographers who I know very well and have Shot with several times before, please be respectful of that and don't be offended if I say no) 

I do Not Shoot any actual Topless or Nude, or any Adult work so please dont Contact me about Work relating to those levels. 

Plus Travel Costs If Travelling by Train or Car

(I don't drive but can occasionally get lifts with a family member)

I get free Bus Travel on most Bus Services in England as I have a Disabled Pass due to my health issues.

Train Fare for Shoots in London zones 1-6 when Travelling after 9am is £26

Minimum Booking time is 2 Hours 

 I am unable to consider TFP Projects due to the following reasons

• I am not a Hobbyist Model. Modelling is my only Job.
• My Health Issues severely limits how much I can do each Week/Month without suffering extreme pain flare ups and burnout.
• My Rates are extremely reasonable given my experience and professional.
• I am very often given a selection of high quality Images from Shoots anyway.
• Please also understand that my Health situation is extremely unlikely to improve as there are currently no cures for any of my Health problems, meaning I'm also unable to consider any future TFP work. Meaning I'd highly appreciate it if you don't contact me about anything to do with TFP or part paid Work. Thank you.

 I tend to only accept 1 or 2 Bookings per week max to avoid suffering burnout from my Health Issues, and may accept slighlty less work during the colder months as my pain, fatigue, and immune system tends to be worse during this time of the year. Please note that if I have to travel a fair distance I may only be able to Shoot for 2 to 3 Hours. Please feel free to ask or discuss if you any questions.
