I would need at least two weeks confirmation that a shoot is taking place, because I work shift patterns and need to get people to work for me on the day of the shoot, otherwise I will cancel the shoot. But also need at 24 hour cancellation notice, no last minute cancellation, otherwise I will ask you to pay for my effort to travel and/or you will get a negative feedback.
