South Lincs Studio a large multi functional studio Located right in the centre of Spalding, South Lincolnshire

The professional studio has had a redesign and we can now offer more varied ,easily configurable sets enhancing the scope and versatility to what we were already able to offer. It now offers 4 distinct creative studio spaces that its able to cater to the needs of photographers, models, designers and videographers. We havent had any musicians yet but I am sure it would work for them too.

The main first floor 10m x5m studio is given over to be able to offer multiple sets within the space that can be converted easily and quickly into a wide choice of lifestyle and boudoir sets. A further two smaller studio spaces are also situated on the first floor given over to a permanent bedroom and living room set. Finally there is a models dressing area with running water and very often a selection of new modelling underwear available to buy from us if you need it alongside previously used, laundered clothing that can be used within the rental

Downstairs we offer a reception area and behind a 5m x 5m white studio with a range of colorama rolls perfect for infinity curves, a garden swing (planned for summer 2025) and a semi permanent office set. There is also fully equipped kitchen area on the ground floor which is obviously included in any rental as are free beverages , cold drinks and sometimes even biscuits or snacks.

You will find we have tailored the space we are lucky enough to have to inspire creativity and satisfy any of your projects requirements.

Established in the Spalding area for 20 years the studio prides itself on easy access, the East Coast mainline station linking the Scotland, North East England and London is a 5 minute walk and there is lots of local parking within a 1 minute walk of the studio ensuring a hassle-free experience for all our clients and visitors making South Lincs Studios the the ideal location for your upcoming project.

We also offer professional image creation for online performers on various platforms giving those performers an advantage over purely bedroom ring light shots and thus improving their earning potential
