I would describe the vibe of my port as edgy, serious, moody, poignant, dangerous, woeful, pathétique, dark and brooding, but I am not actually like that at all ! I'd also welcome a few shoots with a commercial vibe.

Please ask for my rates. When I do my own makeup please allow an extra 20 mins.

T R A V E L E X P E N S E S

Travel, hotel and car parking expenses are required to be covered by the booker.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

Bookings cancelled within 72 hours before the shoot will mean I do require to be reimbursed 50% of the agreed fee is to be paid.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours before the shoot will mean I do require to be reimbursed 100% of the agreed fee is to be paid.

What is Copyright?

Copyright is a type of intellectual property that protects original works of authorship as soon as the author/photographer fixes the work in a tangible form of expression i.e. a photograph.

It lasts for the life of the author/photographer plus and additional 70 years.

What happens if you use Copyright images without permission?

Depending on the severity of the infringement, it could result in a fine or imprisonment.

Copyright protects your work and stops others from using it without your permission. Copyright is created as soon as the work is created. It is legal protection extended to the creator of the work, whether or not it has been published. The creator has exclusive rights to publish, display, make copies of or (create) derivative works from the original.

Can images be used without permission?

Images/photographs are protected by Copyright. This means the person who took it owns it. If anyone wants to use that photo, including sharing it online, they need to have the permission of the person who owns it. Where you commission a photographer to take photographs on your behalf, copyright remains with the photographer. Purchase of images means Copyright remains with the photographer but you will have usage rights.

If you edit an image you didn’t create, Copyright law still applies. The only way to avoid Copyright Infringement it to create unique works, or to purchase a licence to use an image. 

Images do not have to watermarked to show Copyright is present.
