I'm a professional photographer with over 25 years of experience creating images for clients, models and businesses. More importantly, I understand that the environment you work in is just as important as the camera behind it.

Content House is operated by Frank Wilson Lifestyle Limited and offers photographers, models and content creators exclusive use of a beautiful home designed specifically for photography and content creation.

When you book Content House, you're booking the entire property—not just a room. Every area has been chosen to provide a variety of natural-looking backgrounds, allowing you to create multiple styles of content in a single location without the artificial feel of a traditional warehouse studio.

Privacy, respect and professionalism are central to the way I work. Any room in which you're shooting privately remains private. As I also live and work from the property, I may occasionally need access to a small number of shared household areas, such as the kitchen, but these will always be explained beforehand so there are no surprises during your booking.

Think of Content House as a high-quality Airbnb that's purpose-built for photographers and content creators. You're free to create the content you've booked the property for, professional lighting is available if required, your booking time doesn't begin until both photographer and model have arrived, and it ends when either one leaves. If plans change, there's just a £15 cancellation fee—and that's only if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled booking.
