I’ve just completed a second shoot with the wonderful Carmen. Our first one had been so good that I had to budget for another and was not disappointed. The location I’d booked was not exactly as advertised so we knew we were in for a challenge but she was completely up for it and we got some amazing pictures.
Carmen handled the cold and rain along with the less than appealing furniture and funky smells like the true professional she is. Everything was done with a smile and a laugh even when I was making my customary oddball requests! She arrived well prepared, immaculately made up and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
I know that I’ll be booking to shoot with her again before Christmas and so I won’t hesitate to recommend her to other photographers.

I have had the absolute pleasure of working with carmen today on a location shoot outside of Lincoln. Honestly don’t know where to start. Pre comms were fantastic and carmen took the time to talk out ideas with me before I shared inspiration. She was quick to respond with her thoughts and was enthusiastic. Carmen puts a lot of effort into her prep, from outfit selection to makeup and presentation on the day.
Shoot itself was amazing. Carmen poses with ease and actively participated in each set following my direction well and then improving as needed. Felt like we were on the same page for the day and nothing was too much trouble even grabbing one last little set despite the increasing cold, the bugs and my need to place her in all the most uncomfortable places and tell her stupid jokes the whole time.
Carmen is clearly a beautiful lady but brings with it a professional attitude and a strong work ethic to match her style and easy going personality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and certainly hope to work with her again.
