I had my second shoot today with Simon at Brighton Pride, the 25th anniversary of the biggest and best Pride in the UK.
Simon was fantastic again, perfectly professional but a great friendly guy and a good laugh. We shot some great stock photography and fashion images before joining the preparation and formation of the main festival parade. I was running around with Simon capturing the spirit and atmosphere as it built towards the start. Running to make our way to the front of the parade he got some fantastic editorial pictures which we sent to agencies along the route. It was a fantastic experience. After a quick coffee and image review we were back on the hunt for the whacky and wonderful people in both the procession and the crowd.
An amazing day with an amazing photographer, he gets the shot quickly and accurately and then moves on with the next. I feel really lucky to work with Simon and I can't wait for our next adventure.
