The Little Match Girl Is Available

I want to portray a symbolic theme of the times we are living in. We all remember the famous story The Little Match Girl by Hans Christian Andersen.

The cold outside, as well as the poverty many people face, inspired me to create a photo session that expresses the emotions of a person standing in the freezing cold through my artistic vision and a beautifully decorated Christmas setting that I designed myself.

I would like to portray The Little Match Girl myself, waiting to feel a bit of warmth, though in the end her fate is a tragic one. The icy cold of life brings this story into the harsh reality experienced by many children in my home country, Romania.

I love building concepts inspired by real human struggles, preparing the right outfits, decorating the spaces where I shoot, and always staying well-presented clean, with precise makeup.
